Genesys Reporting Expert

Software International (SI) supplies technical talent to a variety of clients ranging from Fortune 100/500/1000 companies to small and mid-sized organizations in Canada/US.

We are currently seeking a Genesys Reporting Expert to join our clients' team on a contract basis. As a Genesys Reporting Expert, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing reporting solutions for our clients using Genesys software. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about data analysis and has a strong understanding of Genesys reporting capabilities.

• Assess gaps between Cisco and Genesys systems being used
• Work with key business stakeholders in identifying Genesys reporting needs
• Design and develop reporting solutions for clients using Genesys software
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and ensure timely delivery of solutions
• Create and maintain documentation for reporting solutions and processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to reporting
• Stay updated on the latest Genesys reporting features and provide recommendations for improvement
• Conduct training sessions for clients on how to use Genesys reporting tools effectively
• Prepare and present reports to clients and stakeholders on the performance of reporting solutions
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting processes
• Assist supporting an a large Cisco to Avaya migrations

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with Genesys reporting tools
• Strong understanding of Genesys reporting capabilities and best practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in SQL and other data analysis tools
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

This is a contract position based in Chicago, IL, USA. The duration of the contract will be determined based on the project requirements. The selected candidate will be offered a competitive hourly rate.
