Paid Search Specialist

Need someone who can implement Adobe Analytics via Adobe Launch, and has Tealium experience.

Writes copy for paid search ads and keeps it up to date and in sync with clients' on-site offerings

Presents paid search optimization recommendations to managers and clients

Develops strategies for paid search

Creates and refines internal and client-facing performance reports

Performs in-depth analysis of marketing campaigns

Provides frequent progress reports regarding online marketing efforts and performance metrics to clients

Actively manages keyword bids to meet client KPI objectives

Manages landing page testing optimization and tracking URLs

Performs competitive search analysis and develop target keyword list

Full Paid Search account builds including Campaigns, Ad Groups, Keywords, Landing Pages and Ad Copy

Manage Paid Search programs in Adobe and Microsoft Ads

Management of text and performance max campaigns

Budget pacing and budget management processes

Oversight of project execution by more junior level staff to assure flawless deliverables

These are the qualifications we’re looking for

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

3+ years’ of PPC experience in a client-facing position (e.g., account management, client management, and client support or business development)

Must have experience (3+ years) with Adobe Analytics, Microsoft Ads; retargeting and display advertising a plus

Experience managing complex and sophisticated Paid Search strategies inclusive of campaign management at scale

Ability to adhere to developed processes

Adobe Analytics certifications a plus

Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills

Quantitative analytical skills and aptitude a must

Familiarity with conversion tracking methodologies

Knowledge of web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Omniture, Coremetrics)

Familiarity with 3rd party bid management/campaign management tools a plus (Search Ads 360, Marin Software, Kenshoo, etc)
