Job Description –
Strong technical toolkit with Jira, Groovy scripting & sound Java foundation.
Primary Skill: JIRA administration
Secondary Skill if any:
Groovy Script, Integration using JAVA API, SAP and Service Now integration experience,
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• The JIRA Architect will be responsible for understanding the current process, identifying gaps, gathering requirements to develop and deliver customized applications/projects to meet the organizational demands
• Develop and maintain workflows in Atlassian JIRA and other Atlassian products including tool administration and customization
• Install and configure plugins and deploy to extend JIRA capabilities, make dashboards for JIRA Connect add-ons, configure custom fields, support JIRA configurations
• Design custom JIRA workflow for different issue types to assist in provisioning, build & deploy servers, and applications as well as other continuous integration workflows
• Develop creating JIRA templates, complex JIRA workflows including project workflows, screen schemes, permission scheme and notification schemes in JIRA
• Responsible for maintenance, administration, upgrade, and enhancements to JIRA, Confluence and integrations with other tools or plugins
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across organization, gather requirements to develop, and deliver custom templates, workflows (automation) using Atlassian products (JIRA, Service Desk, Confluence etc.
