Workday Tester

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience in Workday Finance/FSCM testing or related ERP financial systems testing.
• Strong knowledge of Workday FSCM modules (AP, AR, Procurement, Expenses, Banking, Grants, etc.).
• Hands‑on experience in test case design, execution, and defect management.
• Familiarity with testing tools (JIRA, HP ALM, Workday Test Automation tools, Zephyr, etc.) and end‑to‑end test cycle.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams in Agile/Waterfall environments.

• Workday HCM testing (functional and automation).
• Test automation tools (Selenium, Kainos, Workday‑specific tools, or custom frameworks).
• Managing end‑to‑end test cycles in Agile and/or Waterfall environments.
• Leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of HR business processes and Workday architecture.
• Strong scripting skills (Java, Python) and experience in Agile environments.
