Hiring for Business Analyst & Project Manager roles

Contract

Business analysts are responsible for bridging the gap between IT and the business using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements and deliver data‑driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders. The position requires both hard and soft skills, including the ability to pull, analyze and report data trends, share that information with others and apply it on the business side.

• BBA's / MBA's, Bachelor's or Master's Degree in any stream

• Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technology
• Analytical thinking and problem solving
• Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy
• Knowledge of business structure
• Knowledge of SQL and SDLC
• Good knowledge of the methodologies to be used

Mandatory training with a duration of 3–4 weeks will be provided before submitting the candidate’s profile for the requirements. Applicants on student visa (OPT/CPT), full‑time H4, L2, asylum visa, Green Card, or citizen status will be entertained.
