Salesforce Business Analyst
Join a collaborative team driving Salesforce-powered transformation in the wealth management space. You will work directly with an experienced internal lead to deliver against an active backlog of high-impact Salesforce Financial Services Cloud work — with the autonomy to shape solutions and the support of a tight-knit team. The role is based out of our Chicago office, offering a balanced hybrid schedule and the chance to deepen your FSC expertise in a real-world, business-critical environment.
• Partner directly with the internal lead to work through and deliver against the existing Salesforce backlog.
• Design, configure, and implement solutions on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud to support wealth management business processes.
• Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce configurations and customizations.
• Support data models, workflows, automation, and reporting tailored to wealth-management use cases (client/household relationships, financial accounts, goals, opportunities, referrals).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to clarify requirements, demo solutions, and iterate based on feedback.
• Contribute to backlog grooming, story refinement, estimation, and sprint planning.
• In-depth, hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
• Strong Wealth Management domain knowledge in a Salesforce context
• Familiarity with Salesforce data modeling, Flow, security, and Lightning App Builder
• Ability to be on-site in Naperville 2–3 days per week
• Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with an internal lead
• Experience integrating Salesforce with custodial / portfolio / financial planning systems
