To lead the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise Profisee MDM solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Profisee MDM and Microsoft Fabric
, with a strong background in MDM, data architecture, data governance, and cloud‑based data ecosystems.

• 10+ years of MDM Implementation experience (1-2 implementations of Profisee essential)
• 10+ years in Data Architecture / Data Modeling
• Data modeling of dimensional + master/reference data
• Strong Expertise (5+ years) in Azure Synapse Analytics and Azure Data Factory.
• Microsoft Fabric implementation experience
• Strong SQL skills with large-scale data

• End‑to‑end data architecture design for MDM
• Master and reference data modeling
• Complex hierarchies and taxonomies
• Power BI‑ready data structures
• Data governance and quality frameworks

• Built scalable MDM enterprise solutions
• Owned MDM architecture design
• Integrated MDM with other data and analytics platforms (Profisee MDM)
• Microsoft Fabric implementations
• Guided engineering and BI teams

• Enterprise governance frameworks
• Large organization experience

• Only ETL developer/Data Engineer
• No MDM or reference data experience
• No Synapse/Fabric experience
• Weak data modeling background or architecture work
