• Analyze user requirements and current operational procedures to improve Business Intelligence and Reporting applications and interfaces.
• Interact with clients to assist with the installation, configuration, training, operation, customization, and troubleshooting of Business Intelligence and Reporting tools.
• Apply knowledge of ETL, Data Warehouse, and Business Intelligence tools and architectures to support development of client reports, dashboards, and interfaces.
• Install, configure, upgrade, and tune Business Intelligence and ETL software to ensure optimal functionality.
• Create adequate documentation of interfaces, reports, and applications.
• Demonstrate commitment to Loyola’s mission and vision, supporting ITS core values of service excellence and continuous improvement.
• Proactively manage change through existing change‑management processes.
• Perform related duties as required or assigned.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field and 3–5 years of related work experience.

• Strong knowledge of relational database concepts and tools, with 1–2+ years of SQL development experience.
• Familiarity with data warehouse concepts and design.
• Experience with Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence and Reporting tools such as SSRS, SSAS, Web Focus, and Power BI.
• Experience with ETL tools such as SSIS.

Annual salary range: $95,000 – $105,252.
