Workday HCM Senior Manager

Armanino, a leading firm in the industry, is seeking a Workday Senior Manager to lead our newly formed Workday HCM Practice.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective Workday HCM solutions.
• Configure and implement Workday recruiting modules, including Core HR, Compensation, Recruiting, and Talent, based on client needs.
• Lead workshops and gather business requirements, process flows, and system design documentation.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis to identify customization needs and develop solutions for client-specific requirements.
• Advise clients on best practices for Workday implementation and provide recommendations for system optimization.
• Design and build Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics to meet client reporting needs.
• Support client and data conversion teams in converting legacy data into Workday.
• Assist integration teams in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other systems.
• Assist in defining testing strategies, creating test scripts, and conducting system testing.
• Provide end-user training on Workday functionality and manage change-management activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during implementation and post-implementation phases.
• Stay updated on the latest Workday releases, features, and functionality, sharing knowledge with the team.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Assist in pre-sales activities, including participating in demos, proposals, and client presentations.

• Workday HCM Certification required plus two of the following HCM specialty certifications (Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, Learning, Talent/Performance, and Benefits).
• Minimum six years of experience as a Workday consultant focused on Workday HCM implementations.
• Ability to travel to client sites up to 10% of the time.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integrations between HR and other departments.
• Consulting background or experience working for a consulting firm or in a client-facing role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate complex business processes into Workday solutions.
• Knowledge of Workday security and role-based permissions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage client relationships effectively.

Compensation range: $179,700 - $244,900. Eligible employees at certain levels may participate in a discretionary long-term financial incentive plan.
