Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 3 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work‑life balance. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office.
How You Will Make An Impact- Align technology, AI, data, and digital platform strategies with enterprise and business objectives to accelerate growth, improve customer and associate experiences, and create competitive differentiation.
- Drive strategic transformation initiatives by partnering with business, technology, and operations leaders to define roadmaps, priorities, investment strategies, and measurable business outcomes.
- Collaborate with strategic partners, including AWS and other technology providers, to identify, design, and implement transformational capabilities that accelerate innovation and business value.
- Provide thought leadership on emerging technologies, AI, intelligent orchestration, semantic layers, automation, digital experiences, and platform modernization, helping shape the future‑state vision and execution strategy.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic connector across business, product, operations, architecture, engineering, data, security, and infrastructure teams to drive alignment and execution.
- Lead evaluation of strategic partnerships, platform investments, build‑versus‑buy decisions, and technology opportunities to support long-term business growth and scalability.
- Influence enterprise architecture, technology strategy, and platform decisions to ensure solutions are scalable, reusable, secure, and aligned with organizational priorities.
- Represent technology leadership in executive, client, and partner‑facing discussions, helping communicate vision, drive alignment, and build confidence in strategic initiatives.
- Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration across multiple teams and stakeholders to remove barriers, accelerate decision‑making, and drive successful delivery of complex transformation programs.
- Advance innovation pipelines by identifying high‑value opportunities, incubating new ideas, and accelerating the transition from concept to production.
- Define and track business value realization, ensuring technology investments deliver measurable outcomes in growth, efficiency, experience, quality, and operational performance.
- Champion a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, strategic thinking, and execution excellence while helping organizations navigate large‑scale business and technology transformation.
Requires a BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study and a minimum of 15 years of experience in technology, product management, strategic planning, and/or consulting, or any combination of education and experience that provides an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences- Experience in a healthcare or health plan environment is strongly preferred.
Salary range: $167,112 to $250,668 (based on location, experience, and other factors). Additional benefits include a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contribution. All benefits are subject to eligibility requirements.
