Senior Solution Architect, Service Now IRM and GRC

Location:
Chicago, IL 60604 (Hybrid _ 3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Experience Desired:

• Deep functional and technical understanding of the Service Now IRM suite, including Riskcapabilities such as Issue/Incident Management, Loss Events, etc.
• In-depth knowledge of GRC and risk management frameworks and best practices.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degreein Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalentprofessional experience.
• 5+ years ofhands-on experience with the Service Now IRM, including extensive work focused onGRC processes.
• 10+ years of professional experience in risk management, GRC, or a related field,demonstrating a deep understanding of risk-related processes.
• Proven track recordof success in architecting and delivering significant Service Now IRMimplementations for large enterprises.
• Expertise in coreIRM capabilities such as Issue Management, Incident Management, Loss Events,Controls Testing, Risk Identification, Risk and Control Self-Assessments(RCSA), and Emerging Risk programs.

Nice to Have:

• Experience implementing IRM solutions in regulated industries such as finance and banking.
• Proficiency with Agile or other iterative development methodologies.
• Experience with other risk management software or enterprise risk processes.

The Risk Controls Enhancements (RCE) enterprise initiative is amodernization and consolidation effort of Governance Risk & Controls (GRC) processes, data, and reporting.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the design,architecture, and implementation of complex Service Now Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions.
• Provide subject matter expertise on risk-related capabilities, including risk identification,assessment, mitigation, and monitoring.
• Translate business objectives into effective, scalable, and secure technical solutions within the Service
  
  Now platform.
• Guide and mentortechnical teams throughout the IRM implementation lifecycle, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and best practices.
• Lead technicalworkshops to implement and validate GRC/IRM requirements with business stakeholders.
• Design and documenttechnical solutions within Service Now IRM that meet business objectives andleverage platform best practices.
• Configure,customize, and implement Service Now IRM applications and modules to support thefull risk lifecycle.
• Developrisk-related artifacts such as risk registers, risk assessment methodologies,and control frameworks.
• Create andconfigure dashboards and reports to provide stakeholders with visibility intothe organization's risk and compliance posture.
• Advise on platformgovernance, risk data models, and long-term roadmap planning for the Service
  
  NowIRM landscape.
• Conduct technical reviews and guide junior developers and implementation teams on riskfunctionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex risk-related issues and provide ongoing support for implementedIRM solutions.
