Responsibilities

In this role, you will serve as a key driver in aligning technology with innovative learning design standards. You will also own the end‑to‑end user experience across our learning platforms, ensuring clear connectivity between each surface that learners access.

You will represent the needs of the Learning Specialist community while influencing the tech roadmap to provide the tools and support necessary for successful implementation. You will solve challenges and streamline processes to create efficient, scalable learning designs that deliver impactful experiences across Google.

  • Partner with learning specialists to identify learning technology needs (LMS, LCMS, authoring, and other tools) and define business requirements for impactful solutions. Gather feedback on pilots/tests and conduct studies with engineering partners to inform tech roadmaps.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on product capabilities and content creation tools for Learning Management System (LMS), Learning Content Management System (LCMS), and authoring tools (currently Docebo, Xyleme Syndicate, and Xyleme Create).
  • Iterate and refine standards and technical configurations across learning platforms, such as authoring templates and Docebo content hierarchies. Ensure alignment between design standards and technical configurations.
  • Develop and lead communication, training, and change management strategies to support the adoption and usage of existing and new learning technologies.
  • Develop strategies and processes to accelerate the content design and development process (e.g., agents, templates, standardized workflows).
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, education, sales enablement, or learning delivery within a global or regional structure.
  • Experience working with technical stakeholders (e.g., product managers, engineers, technical program managers).
  • Experience using, managing, and training on learning management systems, authoring tools, and other learning and development (L&D) tools/technologies.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in project management, working with cross‑functional stakeholder groups, and supporting change management initiatives.
  • Proficiency in HTML.
