Role Description s
  • 8+ years experience as scrum master for software development projects.
  • Experience in ADO (Azure Dev Ops).
  • Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement.
  • Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (SAFe, XP, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and servant leadership skills.
  • Problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution ability.
  • Outstanding organizational skills.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field.
  • Scrum master certification is a plus.
  • Experience with software development life cycle, waterfall, and agile principles.
  • Experience with Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
  • Experience understanding technical issues at a high level.
  • Experience using Agile/Project Management Tools:
    Azure Dev Ops, JIRA.
  • Ensures Agile (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe) concepts and principles are adhered to, allowing teams to perform and accelerate delivery.
  • Proficient in planning, organizing, and facilitating Scrum and SAFe events.
  • Identifies, tracks, and resolves delivery impediments to optimize delivery flow.
  • Develops and analyzes various reports and artifacts to ensure planned work is delivered within the sprint/release by the delivery team.
  • Monitors, measures, and reports on project progress to management/leadership.
  • Monitors and assesses team health and continuous improvement.
