Role Description s- 8+ years experience as scrum master for software development projects.
- Experience in ADO (Azure Dev Ops).
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement.
- Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (SAFe, XP, etc.).
- Excellent communication and servant leadership skills.
- Problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution ability.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field.
- Scrum master certification is a plus.
- Experience with software development life cycle, waterfall, and agile principles.
- Experience with Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
- Experience understanding technical issues at a high level.
- Experience using Agile/Project Management Tools:
Azure Dev Ops, JIRA. - Ensures Agile (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe) concepts and principles are adhered to, allowing teams to perform and accelerate delivery.
- Proficient in planning, organizing, and facilitating Scrum and SAFe events.
- Identifies, tracks, and resolves delivery impediments to optimize delivery flow.
- Develops and analyzes various reports and artifacts to ensure planned work is delivered within the sprint/release by the delivery team.
- Monitors, measures, and reports on project progress to management/leadership.
- Monitors and assesses team health and continuous improvement.
- Ensures Agile (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe) concepts and principles are adhered to, allowing teams to perform and accelerate delivery.
