Healthcare Tech Senior Associate - EpicCare Inpatient

Position Overview

As a Senior Associate on the Epic EHR team, you will support integrated initiatives to optimize Epic systems, delivering data‑driven solutions to improve clinical and financial outcomes.

• Partner with a team of healthcare, technical and project management consultants to ensure seamless integration, data migration and system performance of Epic systems.
• Leverage technical expertise in Epic Care inpatient modules to provide support, optimize functionality, streamline workflows, and improve hospital operations.
• Provide guidance and recommendations on Epic applications, contributing to discussions on operational and technology improvements.
• Identify opportunities for system optimization and enhancement to improve efficiency and user satisfaction.
• Support utilization review, length‑of‑stay reduction and AI initiatives related to clinical documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience; advanced degree highly desirable.
• Current Epic Care Certification with extensive knowledge of Epic products and solutions.
• Additional certifications (OpTime, Willow, ASAP, Ambulatory, etc.) a significant plus.
• Deep clinical case management experience to support workflow optimizations and revenue improvement.
• 7+ years of Epic experience providing Epic consulting in hospitals and healthcare systems with previous implementation experience.
• Experience providing project management and leadership.
• Current permanent U.S. work authorization required.

The estimated base salary range for this position varies based on skills, certifications, experience, market and travel. The role is eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans, including medical, dental and vision coverage, wellness programs and other benefits.
