What you’ll do
As Director, Commercial Solutions, you will serve as a strategic leader in the CPG/Retail application space, bridging the gap between strategic business needs for Sales Enablement, Finance/Revenue Management, and technical execution within a product-based organizational structure. This role plays a critical part in defining and prioritizing the product backlog, driving product vision, and ensuring the delivery of valuable solutions aligned to business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the strategic link between IT and the US Commercial business unit.
- Own and drive the US Commercial technology roadmap aligned to business and global IT strategy.
- Prioritize high-impact initiatives that drive growth, efficiency, and cost optimization.
- Lead stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment on priorities and outcomes.
- Define and manage the IT engagement model (intake, prioritization, delivery, support).
- Translate business needs into technology requirements and articulate IT value.
- Serve as senior escalation point for critical issues and drive root‑cause resolution.
- Build and lead a high‑performing team, fostering business partnership and delivery excellence.
- Proven experience leading cross‑functional solution delivery across business units and IT organizations.
- Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills, with the ability to influence and align senior business leaders.
- Ability to translate business objectives into technology‑enabled solutions that drive revenue and operational efficiency.
- Strategic thinking with a solid understanding of enterprise IT strategy and global operating models.
- Strong delivery focus, balancing innovation with operational resilience.
