About Accenture SAP Finance Transformation Manager

Accenture’s SAP practice is a leading provider of modern cloud‑based, AI‑enabled SAP solutions. We partner with communications, media and technology clients to accelerate transformation and build scalable, AI‑backed business models. As a Manager we’ll lead end‑to‑end SAP Finance transformations, advising clients, architecting solutions and managing high‑impact teams.

• Engage with senior client finance executives on business challenges and the potential value of SAP solutions.
• Lead customers in defining their SAP journey through business cases, roadmaps and client presentations.
• Architect end‑to‑end finance solutions that leverage SAP technologies, custom apps and partner add‑ons.
• Communicate SAP’s Business AI strategy and identify functional areas where AI delivers real value.
• Deploy AI use cases within SAP delivery to improve efficiency and explain their impact on project delivery.
• Advise, design and deliver finance solutions based on industry best practices and SAP innovation.
• Lead large project teams of varying size and scope, helping them achieve transformational roadmaps onsite or within Accenture.
• Become a trusted advisor to clients, team and leadership by staying current on regulations, trends and innovations.
• Build thought‑leadership assets, best practices and develop the next generation of transformation experts.

• Minimum 7 years of SAP functional/technical experience, including product costing and (preferably) cost accounting such as inventory valuation, margin analysis, overhead accounting or project accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP projects for high‑tech (CMT) clients; support or managed services experience does not satisfy this requirement.
• Minimum 2 end‑to‑end SAP S/4 implementations for CMT clients, including project planning, estimation and solution architecture.
• Experience managing SAP delivery teams in a global delivery model.
  
  Prior consulting or advisory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 5 years’ work experience);
  Associate’s Degree with equivalent 6‑year experience.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0% to 100% depending on business needs and client requirements.
