We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Web Project Manager to support our web experience initiatives. This role is a web project manager supporting the planning and execution of the web enhancements. This role works closely with the Web Experience Manager and Institutional Marketing Managers to ensure web marketing initiatives and updates are delivered accurately, on time, and aligned to business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in sprint planning and prioritization discussions with web and marketing teams.
  • Partner closely with creative, UX, and SEO teams to support net-new and existing content updates.
  • Support planning and execution in partnership with marketing and web teams.
  • Contribute to occasional one-off projects.
  • Stay current on digital marketing, CRO, web technology, and CMS best practices.
  • Manage web projects in multiple project management platforms.
Qualifications & Experience Required Experience & Skills
  • 2-3+ years of experience in digital marketing, web production, or adjacent roles.
  • Understanding of enterprise CMS platforms and creative team workflows.
  • Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with project management and tracking tools like  and Workfront, and work with Web Experience Manager to outline project specifications for website builds.
  • Organize and communicate project schedules to internal team members.
  • Complete deliverables in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Use problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to balance multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously, and remove blockers.
  • High attention to detail, ensuring project requirements and specifications are clearly defined, accurate, and actionable for the development team.
  • Proactively manage resource allocation and adjust team workloads as priorities shift, while maintaining rigorous QA oversight to identify issues early and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
