Windows Team Lead

I'm working with an influential prop trading firm seeking an experienced Windows Server Team Lead to join their Infrastructure team in Chicago.

This is a hands‑on leadership role where you'll lead a team of engineers while designing, building, and supporting high‑performance Windows infrastructure powering a low‑latency trading environment. You'll drive automation, modernise identity services, and champion operational excellence across on‑prem and hybrid cloud platforms.

• Proven experience leading Windows Infrastructure/Server teams
• Deep expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP & Failover Clustering
• Strong Power Shell scripting and automation experience
• Experience delivering highly available, enterprise‑scale infrastructure
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and incident response skills
• Experience in financial services or other mission‑critical environments is highly desirable
