- Design and develop analytical tools, reports, and dashboards in Power BI to deliver actionable insights and address key challenges across the supply chain.
- Build and maintain scalable SQL‑based queries to support reporting, analytics, and planning tool development.
- Partner with the Data & Decision Intelligence team to define business requirements, validate data definitions, integrate new data sources and metrics, and ensure the data model supports supply chain reporting and planning system needs.

- Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support business objectives and organizational priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in an analytics, supply chain, or operations‑focused role, with hands‑on experience building reports and data‑driven solutions (supply chain/operations experience strongly preferred).
- Strong SQL skills required, with the ability to write and optimize complex queries; advanced proficiency strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with Power BI, including working knowledge of DAX and data modeling concepts such as star schema design strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with Python for data manipulation or automation is a plus.
- Interest in or exposure to machine learning and predictive analytics techniques is a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and core business processes (Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Net Suite preferred).
- Exposure to supply chain planning platforms such as Anaplan, Lyric, or comparable tools (preferred).
- Experience with network design/optimization preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills, including scenario modeling and complex data manipulation.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and data integrity in all analyses.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into actionable recommendations for cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with a growth mindset.
