The Conversion Optimization Specialist builds, optimizes and maintains high-performance web experiences with a focus on conversion optimization, user engagement and lead generation. This role focuses on design, development and optimization of digital experiences using analytics, testing platforms and behavioral insights to improve website performance. The ideal candidate combines technical understanding, user experience knowledge and analytical problem solving to drive measurable improvements in conversion rates and business objectives.
This position will be based full-time out of our corporate headquarters in Chicago, IL.
Responsibilities- Build and manage conversion optimization programs, including A/B and multivariate testing initiatives, Specials incentives management, value proposition for community websites
- Develop testing hypotheses based on user behavior analysis, heatmaps, analytics and session recordings
- Identify conversion barriers, usability issues and opportunities for improvement across websites and landing pages
- Analyze website funnels, engagement metrics and lead generation performance to drive optimization strategies
- Ensure testing accuracy, consistency and proper QA across all digital experiences
- Measure and report on experiment performance, wins and learnings
- Monitor KPIs including conversion rate, lead quality, engagement and form completion rates
