Keylime Consultants is partnering with a leading global services company to recruit an experienced Success Factors Consultant. In this impactful role, you will design, configure, implement, and optimise SAP Success Factors modules. You will play a key part in delivering scalable HR technology solutions that support strategic business objectives across the global organisation. Key Responsibilities- Lead or support the implementation and configuration of Success Factors modules, including requirements gathering, workflows, business rules, and integrations
- Manage and prioritise various projects across HR Tech platform
- Partner with HR teams, HR Business Partners, IT, and other stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions, facilitate workshops, provide training, and offer end‑user support
- Manage data migration, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities to ensure smooth go‑live
- Ensure high standards of data integrity, and develop standard and ad‑hoc reports and dashboards
- Hands‑on experience with SAP Success Factors modules (Employee Central and/or other modules like PMGM, Succession, Comp)
- Strong understanding of HR processes, data management, and system integrations (including APIs)
- Analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Detail‑oriented with strong organisational and project management abilities
- Experience working in a US or global environment is highly desirable
