Enterprise Resource Planning Coordinator

The ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Coordinator’s role is to manage and optimize the use of our ERP system (Cargowise). This role involves coordinating various aspects of the ERP system (Cargowise), ensuring it aligns with business processes, and facilitating communication between different departments.

• Provide excellent customer service to our customers, both external and internal.
• Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.
• Interact professionally with other employees, customers and suppliers.
• Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.
• Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other RIM employees, functions and outside organizations.

• System Management:
  Oversee the daily operations of the ERP system, ensuring smooth and efficient performance. Address any technical issues in coordination with IT support.
• Process Alignment:
  Ensure that the ERP system effectively aligns with organizational processes and goals. Work with department heads to understand their needs and adjust the system accordingly.
• Data Integrity and Security:
  Maintain high standards of data integrity and security within the ERP system. Implement and monitor access controls and data protection measures.
• Training and Support:
  Provide training and support to ERP system users. Develop and update training materials as needed.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Regularly evaluate the ERP system's effectiveness. Recommend and implement improvements to enhance system performance and user satisfaction.
• Vendor Liaison:
  Act as the primary contact for ERP system vendors. Manage contracts, service level agreements, and vendor relationships.
• Reporting and Analysis:
  Generate and analyze reports from the ERP system to support decision-making. Ensure that the system's reporting capabilities meet organizational needs.
• Compliance and Best Practices:
  Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in ERP system management.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
• Ability to provide training and support to system users.
• Previous experience with Cargowise.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong work ethic, team player with a positive attitude.
