Work is primarily performed on-site at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois, supporting government and contractor teams in mission-focused environments.

C5T is seeking an SAP Functional Consultant
- Materials Management (MM) to support the Joint Transportation Management System (JTMS), USTRANSCOM's enterprise SAP S/4

HANA platform supporting global transportation, logistics, procurement, inventory, and financial operations. This position serves as a functional expert responsible for designing, configuring, implementing, testing, and sustaining SAP Materials Management capabilities that support Department of Defense supply chain and logistics operations.

The SAP Functional Consultant partners with business process owners, government stakeholders, SAP developers, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions while ensuring compliance with Department of Defense standards, SAP best practices, and enterprise business processes. This role supports end-to-end business process integration, production support, testing, documentation, and continuous system improvement across the JTMS environment.

Location: Scott Air Force Base, Illinois. Work will primarily take place in government work spaces with limited telework based on mission requirements.

• Configure and support SAP S/4
  
  HANA Materials Management (MM) functionality, including procurement, purchasing, inventory management, material master data, valuation, and related business processes.
• Analyze business requirements and translate operational needs into functional designs, system configurations, and technical specifications.
• Support end-to-end business process integration across SAP modules including Sales and Distribution (SD), Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Transportation Management (TM), and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).
• Participate in Fit-to-Standard workshops, business process design sessions, and solution demonstrations.
• Develop Functional Design Documents (FDDs), configuration documentation, user guides, training materials, and supporting technical documentation.
• Collaborate with SAP ABAP developers to define functional requirements for enhancements, interfaces, reports, workflows, forms, and data conversions.
• Execute unit, system integration, regression, and user acceptance testing while supporting defect analysis and resolution.
• Support data migration activities including material masters, vendor records, purchasing documents, inventory data, and pricing information.
• Assist with software release planning, deployment activities, and post-production support.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and provide Tier II and Tier III production support.
• Participate in Agile software development activities including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Support Authority to Operate (ATO), cybersecurity, audit, and compliance activities.
• Prepare and communicate technical and functional information to stakeholders.
