Role SummaryThe Onshore Test Manager/Test Lead is accountable for driving and overseeing end-to-end testing activities across multiple business and technology work streams, ensuring the successful execution of System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression Testing, and End-to-End (E2E) Testing.
This role serves as the key point of coordination between Business, Technology, QA, Production Support teams, and external stakeholders, ensuring test readiness, comprehensive test planning, seamless execution, effective defect governance, stakeholder communication, risk management, and overall release quality. The Test Lead is also responsible for facilitating testing sign-offs, managing dependencies, and ensuring that all quality objectives are met before production deployment.
a strong understanding of business processes and be capable of identifying critical risks and edge cases. They should challenge requirements by asking insightful, real-world scenario-based questions that validate business workflows, exception handling, data integrity, compliance requirements, and customer impact across integrated systems. This proactive approach helps uncover hidden gaps early and ensures robust test coverage aligned with business objectives.
Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of Testing / QA experience with at least 3 5 years in Test Lead or Test Manager roles.
Strong experience in:
SIT, UAT, Regression, E2E Testing
Test Planning and Governance
Defect Management
Stakeholder Management
Risk and Issue Management
Experience with Azure Dev Ops (ADO), SharePoint, Jira, Client ALM, or equivalent test management tools.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Experience working across distributed global teams.
Proven ability to coordinate large-scale testing programs involving multiple applications and dependencies
