SAP EWM Lead Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP EWM Lead Consultant to join our team for a 6-9 month contract. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, be an excellent communicator, and have a deep understanding of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions. This role involves leading complex projects, making critical decisions, and collaborating effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Travel to Minneapolis and Arizona is required, with up to 50% travel expected.

• Lead the design, implementation, and support of SAP EWM solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Communicate effectively with key stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address project challenges.
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions with key stakeholders to define business processes and system enhancements.
• Configure and customize SAP EWM modules, including inbound, outbound, and warehouse processes.
• Provide expert guidance on SAP EWM best practices and industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business users, developers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to EWM configuration and processes.
• Prepare and deliver user training and documentation to ensure smooth adoption of SAP EWM solutions.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to meet project goals and client expectations.

• Minimum of 12+ years of experience as an SAP EWM Consultant with at least 3+ years in a lead role.
• Proven experience in end-to-end SAP EWM implementations, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, including goods receipt, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP EWM integration with SAP S/4
  
  HANA or ECC.
• Proactive problem‑solving skills with the ability to address project challenges efficiently.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to client locations.

• SAP EWM certification is a plus.
• Experience working in the manufacturing, retail, or logistics industries.
