We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager IV to lead and manage finance transformation programs and projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in EPM, Oracle, Workday, and ERP systems, with a strong accounting background. This hybrid role requires local candidates who can work onsite 2-3 days per week in Chicago, Illinois. The Program Manager IV will report to the Director of Enterprise PMO and play a critical role in driving strategic business goals and ensuring ROI expectations are met.

Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end execution of finance transformation programs and projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals and ROI expectations. Manage program and project plans, track milestones, monitor risks, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration using Smartsheet. Partner with finance, technology, and business stakeholders to define scope, manage issues, and drive critical path activities. Establish governance and actively engage stakeholders. Create and manage integrated schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies.

Ensure deliverables, milestones, and benefits are met. Proactively manage key project activities, resource requirements, and interdependencies. Work with stakeholders across functional areas to develop and support POC/soft launches. Conduct system mapping, perform analysis, and enhance processes as needed. Drive planning in communication, change management, and training processes/procedures. Author and report on the performance of projects and programs in a portfolio to the project team, stakeholders, and leadership.

Ensure chosen projects/programs in the portfolio are aligned with business priorities, goals, and expected ROI/OKRs. Set priorities and perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in program and portfolio management with a focus on finance transformation and technology integration. Accounting and finance experience in mid-level roles. Proven experience leading cross-functional projects/programs/portfolios with budgets of $2M or more. Experience in large-scale finance operations. Ability to translate financial strategy into operational execution. Familiarity with finance systems such as EPM, Oracle, Workday, and Anaplan. Proficiency in Smartsheet.

Strong conflict resolution, active listening, and stakeholder management skills. Adaptable and comfortable working in dynamic, ambiguous environments. Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders. Skilled at navigating competing priorities and aligning diverse stakeholders. Clear and concise communicator, especially when translating technical or financial concepts. Highly organized with attention to detail. Flexible and open to feedback. Strong management skills and ability to multitask competing priorities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and Word. Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred Qualifications:

ERP transformation experience. Aviation industry experience. Process improvement and organizational change management experience. PMP, PfMP, or Green Belt/LSS certifications. Pay Range: $80 - $85/Hr The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
