I’m partnered with a well-funded Crypto x AI startup at the intersection of autonomous systems and financial infrastructure. Backed by top-tier investors, strong organic revenue, growing fast.
Looking for someone who has owned a production container fleet end to end at a lean startup, not a cog in a big team.
Need strong AWS production experience: ECS/Fargate/EKS at scale, per-tenant isolation patterns, VPC design, Secrets Manager, Cloud Watch alerting and CI/CD into containers via Git Hub Actions or similar.
Must be crypto native.
Up to $200k base (negotiable for the right person + heavy upside, meaningful and realised over a short period of time rather than the typical vesting schedule
Team are operating on East Coast US hours, so only considering candidates from US, Canada, LATAM, or Europe if ok with the timezone.
Interview slots this week, 2 stage process followed by offer.
