Senior Manager Technical Product Management

Team Overview

The role sits within the Technology Product Management (TPM) function under Rajat Garg, supporting the Marketing Solutions – Identity & Audience (Tru Audience) portfolio. This team operates at the intersection of business strategy, engineering, and data, driving the development of scalable, high‑impact platform and infrastructure products. The role reports to the Senior Director of Product Management. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in‑person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

• Define and drive the technical product strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives
• Own end‑to‑end delivery of complex, solution‑level, platform‑level, or infrastructure products
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and engineering deliverables
• Partner closely with Engineering and Architecture to design resilient, scalable systems
• Drive prioritization of initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment
• Act as a bridge between business, product, and engineering teams
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration
• Establish KPIs, monitor performance, and enable data‑driven decision making
• Lead and mentor a team of TPMs, fostering a culture of ownership and innovation
• Drive execution excellence in an Agile delivery environment

• 8+ years of Product Management experience with a strong technical focus and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of people leadership experience managing TPM or PM teams
• Experience owning and delivering large‑scale, cross‑functional programs with data platforms, system integrations, and platform architecture
• Strong technical understanding of APIs, microservices architecture, and system design
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and distributed systems

• Experience managing platform, infrastructure, or API‑driven products
• Proven track record of delivering complex, cross‑functional initiatives
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Pay Scale Information: The U.S. base salary range for this position is $ – $237,500 annually.
