IT Consultant, IT Project Manager

As a Manager, you will specialize in enterprise software solutions and bring your expertise to deliver results that align with client goals. You will mentor junior staff, build long‑standing client relationships, and manage technology solution delivery.
Responsibilities- Lead project teams and manage project delivery, ensuring solutions align with client vision and mission.
- Build and maintain long‑standing relationships with clients, collaborating with colleagues to solve challenges.
- Deliver technology solutions that provide measurable results and integrate seamlessly with client objectives.
- Mentor and coach junior team members, sharing expertise and encouraging professional development.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- 4+ years of experience implementing Workday and payroll.
- Experience as a payroll lead; healthcare client experience is a plus.
- 2+ years of project leadership experience.
- Workday certification in Core HCM or Payroll.
- Prior management consulting experience in HR transformation, institutional strategic planning, project financial management, client executive relationship management, and cradle‑to‑grave implementation.
- Excellent oral and written communication plus strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to train and develop staff in project management and technical areas.
- Strong analytical skills for translating meeting discussions into actionable documentation.
- Willingness to learn new tools and methodologies.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
- Base salary range: $130,000 – $175,000.
- Total estimated compensation (inclusive of incentive) $149,500 – $218,750.
- Eligible for annual incentive compensation program.
