IT Support Specialist

Arena Staffing is seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our employees.

• Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
• Install and configure computer systems and software
• Set up and maintain user accounts and permissions
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
• Perform regular backups and data recovery
• Assist with the implementation of new technology and software
• Train employees on basic computer and software usage
• Keep track of inventory and order necessary equipment and supplies
• Maintain documentation and records of technical issues and resolutions
• Collaborate with other IT team members to improve processes and procedures

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
• Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems
• Familiarity with Active Directory and Microsoft Office 365
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
