Platform Architect / HRSD Lead & ITOM Lead
We are seeking an experienced Service Now Platform Architect / HRSD Lead & ITOM Lead to design, implement, and support enterprise Service Now solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD), IT Operations Management (ITOM), CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and ITSM, along with strong experience integrating Service Now with enterprise applications. The role requires leading architecture, technical design, platform governance, and Agile delivery while collaborating with business and technical teams.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of Service Now experience with Platform Architecture
- Strong hands-on experience with HRSD and ITOM
- Expertise in CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management
- Experience with ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog)
- Service Now integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub
- JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes
- Experience with Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, HR Case Management
- Agile/Scrum, Jira, Azure Dev Ops
- Service Now CSA, CAD, CIS-HRSD, or CIS-ITOM certifications preferred
