Service Point IT is seeking a Level 1 Hardware Technician to support CUPPS systems at O'Hare International Airport. This onsite role requires hands-on hardware troubleshooting in a fast-paced airport environment.
You'll install, diagnose, and repair deskside hardware, kiosks, and gate equipment, while coordinating with L3/L4 teams. The position offers 24/7 onsite shifts and a strong emphasis on reliability and customer service.
