Digital Consulting Associate, Oracle Cloud Projects

• Hands‑on experience in the implementation of Oracle Cloud Projects, working closely with senior team members to ensure successful delivery.
• Partner with clients to design future‑state business process and functional solution design.
• Execute or oversee the execution of configuration, testing, and training/end‑user support.
• Partner with technical teams to guide design and testing of conversions, integrations, and Oracle AI solutions.
• Collaborate with senior team members to learn best practices and build technical/functional expertise.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or internal project teams.

• 2–3 years of experience working with Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Experience analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues, and interfacing with business users.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients.
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute in a fast‑paced consulting environment.
• Oracle ERP Cloud certifications (or progress toward them) are a plus.
• Oracle AI Agent Studio experience is a plus.
• Oracle Cloud Labor Distribution experience is a plus.
• Experience in the healthcare or higher education industries is a plus.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate results and issues to internal and client teams.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $105,000 - $130,000
. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range is $117,600 - $153,400
. The job is eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program and benefit plans including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) with employer match, employee stock purchase plan, paid time off, paid parental leave, and adoption assistance.
