Job Description and Responsibilities
Senior HRIS Analyst responsible for administering and enhancing the utilization of the Workday HCM system.
- Assess system needs based on business requirements.
- Troubleshoot current configuration.
- Enhance overall use of the system.
- Provide end‑user training.
- Consult with the organization on current business processes and how the HCM system can improve efficiencies and usability.
- Create partnerships across business functions to support and deliver enhanced system solutions.
- Work with internal stakeholders to gather and define system requirements, provide recommendations, document changes, and implement solutions.
- Support multiple functional areas of the system.
- Configure and implement business process and system enhancements that support business objectives.
- Provide functional and technical support, including answering user questions and researching and resolving complex issues.
- Train business users on system functionality that will drive greater data integrity and overall quality.
- Create reporting solutions that enhance the ability to derive data from the system.
- Train end‑users on reporting capabilities.
- Support the Workday bi‑annual release process by evaluating and testing new features and recommending changes to stakeholders based on business needs.
- Strong experience in Configurable Security.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience with Workday HCM in three or more of the following functional areas:
Learning, Compensation, Talent. - 3+ years of direct HR experience.
- Strong experience building Workday dashboards, hubs, custom complex reports, and Workday integrations.
- Experience with Excel and data visualization tools; proficiency with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
- Problem‑solving ability and ability to propose multiple solutions for business requirements.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts concisely to non‑technical partners.
- Solid team collaborator with leadership skills for cross‑functional teams; willingness to share and receive knowledge.
- Ability to manage partner resources (e.g., service desk and project partners).
- Comfort with ambiguity and proven track record managing multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, union experience preferred.
- Kronos experience preferred.
- Occasional domestic and international travel required (passport preferred).

$133,000 - $137,000
