Dynamics 365 Finance Tester

Software Tester

Design and execute comprehensive test plans including functional, regression, integration, performance, and UAT testing.

Manage and execute manual and automated test cases using tools like Azure Dev Ops, AccelQ, Selenium, and other frameworks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure quality delivery.

Participate in Agile ceremonies and align testing efforts with SAFe principles.

Document defects, test results, and maintain detailed logs.

Support end-user testing and provide walkthroughs of features.

Leverage AI-based testing tools to enhance coverage and efficiency.

Continuously improve test automation processes and coverage.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

4+ years of software testing experience, including manual and automated testing.

3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics Finance.

Familiarity with AI-driven testing tools and methodologies.

Experience with test management tools (Azure Dev Ops, Jira, ALM Octane).

Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Sales (CE)

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Experience working within the SAFe framework

SAFe certification (e.g., SAFe Tester)

Experience in integrated environments involving CE and F&O data exchange.

Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 modules and Finance processes.

Background in project management, change management, or business analytics.

Candidates located in the Washington, DC metro area or Chicago are preferred.
