the Opportunity
As a Sr Analyst – Merchant Network Strategy & Analytics you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights that directly impact strategic decision‑making and drive business growth. You will also be the architect of a connected ecosystem of dashboards and reports that empower teams across the business to move faster, smarter, and more confidently.
This involves executing advanced analyses, improving reporting processes, and collaborating closely with senior leadership to address critical business challenges.
- Analyze complex data sets:
Perform sophisticated analytics to understand critical drivers of business performance, including fraud prevention, customer care and logistics operations. - Leverage your analytical curiosity to proactively uncover data trends, anomalies, and other key insights that can help the company grow faster, reduce costs, and increase profitability.
- Build and maintain a dashboard ecosystem:
Develop and manage a connected ecosystem of dashboards and reports across platforms such as Tableau and Redash. - Support cross‑functional business leaders:
Collaborate with leaders to address business challenges, providing insightful analysis to help them understand the financial implications of their strategies and decisions. - Present findings and recommendations in clear, actionable formats, working with stakeholders to ensure data‑driven solutions are incorporated into business strategies.

- Transform business requirements into actionable insights:
Translate requirements into intuitive, data‑driven dashboards and reporting solutions that drive strategic and operational decisions. - Monitor and report on KPIs:
Take ownership of preparing, tracking, monitoring and communicating key performance indicators on a regular cadence; investigate variances and anomalies, identify trends, and communicate findings to leadership to inform strategic decision‑making. - Develop and maintain financial models:
Design and implement financial models to support key strategic initiatives across various departments. - Maintain a central source of truth:
Establish, document and maintain a “Source of Truth” for company‑wide metrics, driving consistency in metric definitions, data sources and reporting methodologies. - Drive reporting automation and scalability:
Identify opportunities to automate recurring reporting tasks and streamline dashboard creation, building scalable reporting frameworks and reusable templates to support future business growth. - Mentorship and collaboration:
Act as a mentor for junior analysts, helping them refine their skills and grow within the role. - Continuous improvement:
Look for opportunities to improve data processes, enhance reporting efficiency, and increase the overall impact of analytical outputs. - Stay ahead of market trends:
Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities and emerging technologies, using this knowledge to refine analyses and make proactive recommendations that keep the company competitive and innovative.
Experience:
- 3‑5 years of experience in a Data, Business Intelligence or Analytics role, with a proven track record of leading advanced data analyses and providing actionable insights that inform strategic business decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to develop impactful dashboards and reporting tools that drive business decision‑making.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Computer Science or a related field.
