We are seeking a mid-level IAM Engineer to support and lead Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) initiatives, with a strong focus on Saviyant / SailPoint. This role will be responsible for implementing and enhancing identity solutions, managing access controls, and supporting enterprise-wide identity and access management strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Lead or support the implementation of a new IGA platform (Saviyant / SailPoint preferred)
- Configure and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations and onboard new enterprise applications
- Design and maintain role-based access control (RBAC) models aligned with business and security requirements
- Execute and manage access certification campaigns and identity governance processes
- Administer and engineer solutions within Active Directory environments
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Power Shell (or Python) to support IAM operations
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure proper access controls
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members transitioning into
- 3–6+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)
- Hands-on experience with an IGA platform (SailPoint, Saviynt, or similar)
- Experience configuring and supporting SSO and/or Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions
- Strong working knowledge of Active Directory, including user provisioning and group management
- Proficiency in scripting (Power Shell required; Python acceptable)
- Experience designing and implementing RBAC models
- Direct experience implementing or supporting Saviyant or Sailpoint
- Experience with Saviynt is also acceptable
- Prior involvement in a full lifecycle IAM/IGA implementation
- Background in IT Security or Identity-focused engineering teams
