Who You’ll become

A Solution Advisor works closely with our customers and prospects to identify and solve business challenges and meet their strategic objectives using SAP solutions. As part of the sales team, the Solution Advisor is the subject‑matter expert responsible for functional and technical knowledge within the sales cycle. The role includes deal support, discovery sessions, executive meetings, presentations, and software demonstrations that help customers understand SAP’s value proposition.

In addition, the Advisor participates in marketing events, Design Thinking sessions, and collaborates with the broader sales team to identify new opportunities at existing accounts.

What You’ll Do

  • Complete a 10‑month program that builds a foundation for a customer‑facing career at SAP.
  • Participate in experiential learning, working with colleagues worldwide and acquiring business, industry, and SAP solution skills while engaging with emerging technologies.
  • Receive on‑the‑job training under the mentorship of a senior Solution Advisor while working with customers to gain real‑world experience and guide them through their digital transformation journey.

The program enriches your SAP knowledge and gives you practical experience. After successful completion, you are expected to lead customer discovery sessions, survey activities, and create high‑impact software demonstrations that encourage customers to choose SAP over competitors. You will also support demand generation through marketing events and help with deal execution, including responding to request for proposals.

What You Bring

  • 2–3 years of professional experience with a strong foundation in technical and business processes, exposure to relevant technologies/solutions, and customer‑facing skills.
  • Technical and business process knowledge, combined with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, to support solution delivery and operational efficiency through hands‑on experience with industry‑standard tools.
  • A cooperative and productive approach to working relationships, both internally and externally.
  • Strong ability to learn new concepts quickly, adapt to change, and apply knowledge to deliver results.
  • Understanding of AI fundamentals, uses, and ethics to identify business problems solvable with AI.
  • Resilient mindset, embracing challenges with optimism and striving for growth.
  • Strong business acumen, including demonstrated knowledge of business processes and/or industries.
  • Proficiency in English to engage with our global network.

Compensation Range Transparency SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for this role: $91,600‑205,700. The actual offer will be within that range, depending on factors such as education, skills, experience, role scope, location, and performance.
