Job Title
Consultants II/Sr. Consultants for various and unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S. (HQ: Chicago, IL).
Role Overview &Job Responsibilities
Responsible for project management and client relationships for marketing analysis. Independently collaborate with clients and internal teams to maximize and apply insights gleaned from marketing analytics data, including store date analysis, household purchase behavior analysis, surveys, audits, data modeling, in-market testing, and other custom projects. Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in household goods and packaging in CPG industry. Use expertise with syndicated data solutions to draw actionable insights for presentation to clients.
Translate marketing Point of Sale (POS) data and analysis into relevant implications within the CPG industry. Provide analytical solutions and business insights to address business gaps, opportunities, and create value for clients. Drive high-quality results through effective marketing data integrity. Educate clients on marketing analytics methods to assist in their understanding of recommendations, manage training, set up leadership calls. Plan and organize projects including determining effort and resources required to meet objectives, and plan, coordinate and manage resources effectively to ensure task completion, and solve/manage content deliverables.
Work with business partners to create management solutions. Make recommendations to clients appropriate to their business needs and follow through on commitments to ensure the needs of the client are met. Integrate new clients into marketing systems. Identify marketing business opportunities. Responsible for budget creation for projects. Mentor junior analysts and consultants assigned to projects. Technical

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business or Psychology or Communications or Analytics or related field
- 4 years of experience as a Consultant or with Marketing analytics or syndicated date (market research) required.
- Must have experience in client-facing role and client management skills leading accounts including financial, strategic engagement, thought leadership, executive engagement for a large account; translating marketing POS and panel data and analysis into business strategies in CPG industry;
- Demonstrated syndicated data solutions experience (classification & attribution of syndicated databases & custom databases) & drawing actionable insights despite differing model structures; experience with survey, interview & census data;
- SME in household goods & packaging in CPG industry; experience with psychographic, consumer & household shopper insights, (surveys, marketing coding);
- Strong project management expertise (revenue and contract management);
- Demonstrated expertise engaging in consultative manner with clients when helping solve/manage content deliverables.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The salary range for this role is $128,120/yr-$139,000/yr. USD This job is also eligible for bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
