Job Title: Web Content Designer / Web Content Analyst
Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid - 4 days onsite & 1 day remote)
Duration: 6+ Months Contract (possible further extension)
W2 Contract ONLY
Myticas' direct client, based in Chicago, IL
, is currently seeking a Web Content Designer / Web Content Analyst to join their team.
The selected candidate will manage the client's external online content, including public-facing and third-party websites where the bank maintains a presence. This role partners with business stakeholders to understand content needs, recommend appropriate tools and processes, and support the development and execution of the organization's web content strategy.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in public-facing website content development or web content management.
- Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies.
- Experience working with a Content Management System (CMS);
Sitecore experience is highly preferred. - Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent written, verbal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a collaborative environment.
- Experience with Sitecore CMS.
- Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks, React, UX/UI design principles, and web analytics tools.
- Experience supporting enterprise or financial services websites is a plus.
