Business Systems Analyst, Enterprise

Amylu Foods is looking for a technically capable Business Systems Analyst to support our Head of Enterprise Applications. In this role you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and our enterprise systems, translating how the business runs into how our applications should work. You will partner with teams across finance, operations, supply chain, sales, and customer service to define and improve processes, facilitate implementations with software providers and integrators, and lead the communication and training that helps the organization adopt new tools and workflows.

This is a hands‑on, cross‑functional role for someone who is equally comfortable running a requirements workshop, configuring Net Suite, and building a report that gives leadership the numbers they need. Net Suite and EDI experience is required. Strength in data management, data structure, reporting (e.g., Power BI), will make you stand out.

• Requirements & process definition:
  Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize requirements; map current- and future-state processes; and translate business needs into clear functional specifications and system design documents.
• Net Suite configuration & administration:
  Configure and maintain Net Suite (financials, inventory, order management, procurement, CRM), including workflows, forms, roles and permissions, saved searches, reports, and dashboards.
• Implementation facilitation:
  Serve as the primary liaison to software providers, implementation partners, and integrators—coordinating scope, timelines, testing (UAT), and deployment for system enhancements, module rollouts, and integrations.
• Integrations & data flow:
  Support and help design integrations between Net Suite and adjacent systems (e-commerce, WMS, EDI/trading partners, BI tools), ensuring data flows accurately across the environment.
• Reporting & analytics:
  Build and maintain reports, saved searches, and dashboards; support reporting needs across the business, including Power BI dashboards where applicable, to enable data‑driven decisions.
• Data management & integrity:
  Work with data owners to help define and maintain data structures and standards; perform regular audits and cleanup to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
• Communication & training:
  Develop end‑user documentation and training materials, deliver training sessions, and communicate system changes and enhancements to affected stakeholders across the organization.
• Change & issue management:
  Manage change requests and assess their impact; triage and resolve day‑to‑day system issues, escalating to vendors or IT as needed.
• Continuous improvement:
  Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and better leverage existing systems.

• 3-6 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, or in a comparable business/technology role.
• Hands‑on Net Suite experience is required - including configuration, saved searches, reports/dashboards, and user/role administration.
• Demonstrated ability to gather requirements, document business processes, and translate them into functional/system specifications.
• Experience facilitating system implementations or enhancements, including working with external software providers or implementation partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences and to deliver end‑user training.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field - or equivalent practical experience.
• SPS Commerce EDI experience, including standards such as ANSI X12 and familiarity with trading‑partner onboarding and integrations.
