We work with C-suite executives and boards to reinvent enterprise processes, drive growth, improve competitiveness, and set a new performance frontier. Our Data and AI Strategy practitioners create and execute data-driven business strategies, define value models, roadmaps, and operating models, and design platform and ecosystem architectures to support data-led transformation.

• Shape vision and create opportunities for data & AI led business reinvention.
• Build client relationships and credibility as a trusted advisor on infusing Data & AI into business processes or functions.
• Define and structure an organization’s data and AI strategy to build and optimize data assets and AI technologies for growth and competitive advantage.
• Assess the maturity of an organization’s data and AI foundation.
• Define building blocks required to convert to an AI-first organization, including technology and AI platform blueprint, data strategy, and future-ready operating model.
• Create the business case, investment profile, and roadmap to deliver on the strategy.
• Infuse Responsible AI in the vision and roadmap; develop plans for leveraging ecosystem partners and define operating models to foster innovation and experimentation.
• Identify people, processes, and technologies to develop and operationalize AI solutions.
• Create strategy for AI-first products and develop commercialization opportunities.
• Originate new opportunities and see them through the sales cycle; travel as needed based on client expectations.

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Data and AI Strategy, including data management, data analysis, requirements gathering, Responsible AI, and leading data/tech-driven transformations.
• 7+ years of high-value consulting experience or equivalent internal consulting experience.
• Minimum 7 years of experience leading work streams and meeting deadlines.
• Minimum 7 years of large-scale delivery experience with minimal supervision.

• Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Experience with senior-level (C-level or equivalent) conversations
• Strong program management and communication skills
• Driven and entrepreneurial: ability to originate and shape new deals, lead client conversations, and go-to-market activities
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Excellent leadership and people skills; ability to build effective teams and strong client relationships
• Experience bringing innovative ideas to projects

Compensation varies based on location, role, skills, and experience. Accenture provides a reasonable compensation range as required by local law. The posting is active through 08/30/2026.
