Senior Solutions Architect, AWS Aerospace & Satellite

Overview

AWS is looking for an experienced Solutions Architect to help space companies achieve their missions through the power of cloud. Industry segments include launch services, human spaceflight, robotic/autonomous systems, mission control center operations, space stations, satellite constellations, ground segment (ground stations, earth stations, teleports), emergency response services, IoT solutions, earth observation, broadcast communications, and various government capabilities. Solutions Architects engage with organizations at all stages of cloud adoption, create and present technical content, share best practices, and evangelize strategic guidance among customer executives and internal stakeholders.

They oversee the technical relationship between customers and AWS, making recommendations on security, cost, performance, reliability and operational efficiency. They lead activities such as architecture reviews, white-boarding sessions, demos and technical workshops, and collaborate with account management, professional services, support, product teams and the AWS partner ecosystem. The team values diverse experiences and a strong technical foundation, with a passion for Space.
