Responsibilities
- Own the analytics roadmap for self‑serve support, automation and tooling
- Design, build and maintain Tableau dashboards
- Tackle ambiguous, high‑impact problems
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to design and evaluate pilots and experiments
- Build models and decision frameworks to support prioritization and planning
- Act as a trusted analytics partner to stakeholders
- 5+ years of top‑tier experience in data analytics, business analytics, or similar
- Exceptional data analysis skills including SQL, Tableau, Excel
- Entrepreneurial self‑starter
- Influential communicator
- High bar for quality and clarity
- High‑energy, positive team player
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Math, Finance or equivalent experience
