Job Summary

Join the Leads Product Management team of Cat Digital (ALI – Advance Leads & Insights) to create and develop content for the Leads and Prioritized Action List that drives business growth. This role leads the visualization development of prioritized actions in Online Description, bridging business stakeholder input into clear product requirements, and collaborating with product, UX, engineering, and adoption teams to prioritize and deliver improvements that make Online Description more actionable for dealers and internal users.

What

You Will Do
  • Receive and review input from business partners, product teams, dealers, adoption consultants, and field stakeholders to understand Online Description content and functionality needs.
  • Transform business feedback and product concepts into structured requirements, user stories, feature definitions, mock‑up direction, and backlog items for development teams.
  • Partner with UX, engineering, product owners, and subject‑matter experts to define feature design, build, test, and release across current and future OD experiences.
  • Evaluate existing Online Description content, widgets, links, data fields, and user flows to identify opportunities for clearer messaging, better dealer usability, improved sales execution, and stronger alignment with business objectives.
  • Support delivery readiness by reviewing samples, validating requirements, providing feedback on defects or gaps, coordinating translations or content updates, and confirming that delivered features meet the intended business outcome.
What You Will Have
  • Business Analysis: Basic knowledge of gathering business input, identifying underlying needs, documenting requirements, and recommending solutions that create value for users and stakeholders.
  • Product Requirement Definition: Advanced experience converting business requests into clear feature scope, user stories, acceptance criteria, content rules, and development‑ready backlog items.
  • Product Knowledge: Basic understanding of Online Description content, widgets, data sources, dealer workflows, PSE integration, and how OD supports sales execution.
  • Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Ability to analyze requests, compare trade‑offs, identify missing inputs, and recommend next steps based on impact, feasibility, dependencies, and release timing.
  • Effective Communications: Experience translating between business, technical, UX, and field audiences; communicating requirements clearly; keeping stakeholders aligned on scope, status, risks, and decisions.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Experience reviewing samples, validating content and functionality against requirements, providing feedback to engineering, and confirming readiness for release.
Considerations for Top Candidates
  • Experience managing multiple projects with a technical team.
  • Experience as a developer in a Digital Platform and Commerce environment.
  • Experience managing projects using Agile tools such as Aha!, Dev Ops/VSTS, or similar.
  • Knowledge of digital content change request management; ability to intake, assess, prioritize, and translate Leads and Prioritized Action visualizations.
  • Working knowledge of digital content and visualization issue resolution practices.
  • Extensive knowledge of the business aspects and operation of a software product.
  • Knowledge of UAT activities, tasks, tools, and techniques.
