Responsibilities
You will own the process-and-documentation spine of a D365 F&SCM stabilization engagement, building the As-Is / To-Be library, running the reconciliation between intended process and D365 baseline, and gating every artifact (including nearshore BA output) before it reaches the client.
- Own the process-architecture spine of the engagement, As-Is / To-Be maps for Shipping, Forecasting, and Manufacturing, in BPMN 2.0
- Own the requirements-traceability matrix that ties every process step to a D365 configuration decision, a task-recorder step, and a UAT case
- Directly supervise the two nearshore Business Analysts; own the document-quality gate on every artifact they produce before it reaches the client
- Coordinate with the Solution Architect on process-to-configuration reconciliation and with the QA/Test Lead on test-case derivation
- Own the As-Built Configuration documentation deliverable for each workstream
- Represent process-architecture at Steering Committee readouts
- Own the operator playbook design that the Training / Enablement Lead delivers against
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field, and 12+ years of business analysis experience on Microsoft Dynamics or comparable ERP engagements;
Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA;
Equivalent experience may be substituted for degree - minimum of 16 years with no degree - IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), active, or equivalent lead-BA credential
- Direct hands-on experience authoring BPMN 2.0 process maps at a level suitable for D365 configuration
- Direct experience with D365 F&O task recorder and its integration into requirements-traceability
- US Citizenship
- Microsoft Certified:
Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or MB-330 orientation - Prior lead-BA role on at least 3 D365 F&SCM engagements
- Prior experience gating nearshore BA output before client submission
$66,000 - $106,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
