Role SummaryAs a Digital Consulting Analyst, you will engage in meaningful, challenging work, applying innovative problem solving and analytical thinking to propose unique solutions across a range of clients in Commercial, Higher Education, and Healthcare. Analysts collaborate with leadership on diverse tasks and initiatives, collaborating with team members to propose solutions for complex challenges.
Responsibilities- Assist in implementing technology solutions, including technology assessments, business process mapping, data conversions, user testing, and client support.
- Liaise with internal and external team members during project engagement, presenting key takeaways, communicating project updates, and organizing overall logistics.
- Conduct and participate in key stakeholder interviews with clients to gather qualitative data, information, and understanding of institutional culture.

- Demonstrated academic excellence in a bachelor’s program relevant to the role, expected graduation Spring 2026.
- Interest in applying technology systems to business processes.
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.

- Advanced or highly proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs), PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office products (Visio, Outlook).
- Experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or Python is a plus.
- Will travel to client sites as required; travel frequency depends on project needs.
- Comfortable in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment, including extended hours as needed.

Base salary: $80,000 annually. Eligible for Huron’s annual incentive compensation program. Total estimated compensation range: $86,400 – $89,600. The role also participates in benefit plans covering medical, dental, vision, and other wellness programs. Salary information is provided in accordance with applicable state and local laws.
