Service Now Implementation Specialist
Must-have:
Hands-on design, development and deployment experience with the Service Now platform. Service Now implementation experience in ITOM modules (Discovery, CMDB & Asset, Service Mapping). Well versed with Service Now scripting. Candidate must have 5+ years of Service Now CMDB & Discovery experience. Good knowledge of CMDB Data Model. Working experience in Service Maps. Experience in writing Custom Patterns. Must have good communication skills.
Must have team handling experience. Good-to-have:
Service Now Architect.
