A global law firm is seeking an AI Adoption Specialist to support their legal team. This opportunity is based in our client's office with a focus on responsible AI integration. The role involves guiding users on AI tools, developing training resources, and promoting best practices in a regulated environment.

AI Adoption Specialist Responsibilities
  • Lead initiatives to implement and promote the use of generative AI tools across legal practices, ensuring safe and effective adoption.
  • Engage with practice teams to analyze workflows, identify AI integration opportunities, and address adoption challenges.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders to communicate AI capabilities, limitations, and responsible use standards.
  • Assist in designing and facilitating training sessions and workshops to develop users  AI skills and confidence.
  • Create and update guides, playbooks, FAQs, and other materials to support responsible AI enablement and user onboarding.
AI Adoption Specialist Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree required; JD a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years  experience supporting legal technology adoption or digital transformation, including AI-driven tools.
  • Proximity to the firm s office with the ability to be on-site 3-4 days weekly.
  • Strong interest in legal tech, change management, and responsible AI principles.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a track record of engaging diverse audiences.
  • Knowledge of legal operations, law firm workflows, or legal service delivery is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI concepts like privacy, confidentiality, and human oversight strongly preferred.
  • Ability to create clear, role-specific guidance and training materials.
  • Analytical mindset to assess adoption metrics, user feedback, and risk signals.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and stakeholder inputs.
