The role Manager, Technical Business Analysis bridges the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams by analyzing data requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring data‑driven decision‑making. This role involves gathering business needs, translating them into technical specifications, and working with data engineers, analysts, and architects to implement effective data solutions.

• Requirement Translation:
  Lead the translation of complex business requirements into technical specifications for data models, ETL processes, and reporting tools.
• Documentation Management:
  Oversee the maintenance and updating of technical documentation.
• Technical Liaison:
  Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring alignment between business logic and technical implementation.
• Project Leadership:
  Lead technical projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Advanced Stakeholder Engagement:
  Engage with senior stakeholders to refine requirements.
• Work closely with data engineers, architects, and developers to design and optimize data pipelines.
• Ensure data accessibility and usability for business users.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in business analysis or related technical field.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with databases, knowledge of ETL tools and data warehousing concepts.
• Exposure to programming (Python, etc.) for data analysis is a plus.
• Proficiency in technical documentation and specification writing.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with software development lifecycle and methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills between technical and non‑technical teams.
• Analytical mindset with problem‑solving abilities.
